Meh. The selection felt really small, and I didn’t find much that caught my eye. Bummer

I ordered this and the tracking never updated even once. It just sat there with no real info, which made me wonder if the package was ever even scanned or if the tracking system is just pretending to exist. Still waiting on actual details.

Took days to hear back, and when they finally replied, it didn’t really solve much

The perfume itself seems fine and the scent is what I was hoping for, but the way it arrived was frustrating. It came in a thin box with barely any padding, and the perfume box inside was crushed on two corners. The cap was also loose when I opened it, which made the whole thing feel careless.
For the price, I definitely expected better packaging. I’m glad the bottle wasn’t completely broken, but it looked like it had just been tossed in the box and shipped out. I liked the product, but the delivery experience makes me hesitant to order again

I ordered from Beauty The Shop and the delivery was way slower than I expected. The tracking didn’t really tell me much, so I was just waiting around with no clear idea of when it would actually show up. The product itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the shipping was frustrating. On top of that, the constant reminders felt a bit aggressive, which just made the whole experience more annoying.

I returned my order weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the refund. I really wish I’d checked the return/refund process before buying, because dealing with this has been so frustrating. Customer service keeps giving me the same generic answer, but nothing actually gets resolved. i regret ordering from beautytheshop.com and I won’t be shopping there again.

I ordered it because the site said it was in stock, then later they told me they didn’t actually have it. Ridiculous, honestly. It’s not that hard to keep inventory updated, but apparently that was too much to ask. Total waste of my time.

I tried using the site a couple of times, but it felt like it wasn’t really set up with customers in mind. Pages were slow to load, the search results were all over the place, and checkout kept throwing me off. After the second try, I just gave up.

I’m not totally sure this is genuine, to be honest. It just felt a bit off to me — you know when something doesn’t quite seem right?

I thought the discounts would make the prices a lot more reasonable, but they barely made a difference. Everything still felt expensive after the discount was applied. Just a heads-up, don’t get too excited by the sale prices unless you’ve already checked the final total
